Telemedicine Platform

Survey Form

The Telemedicine Platform , Medical Research Council is conducting a survey to assess the availability and use of telemedicine in public health facilities. This information will be used as part of the post doctoral research thesis of Ms JB Fortuin, as well as a database which will aid funders, decision makes and beneficiaries (i.e. health professionals and patients).
