Policy briefs - their impact on government policy and on the South African public

The MRC issues Policy Briefs to government and other decision-makers on a regular basis - giving recommendations for new policies or changes in policies that could affect the health of everyone.

A recent policy brief refers to the unnecessary burden that worm infection poses on many South African children and on the overall cost of health care.
