Goals
- To grow the MRC's S&T
base through sponsored collaborative research, consulting services and commercialisation
of scientific outputs.
- To harness the intellectual
capital of the MRC's science base for the creation of innovative networks
to generate proposals, secure funding, manage projects and implement solutions.
- To promote a culture
of innovation through the provision of an enabling environment. (Intellectual
property and contract management, etc.)
- To continue to play
a leadership role in the transformation process of the MRC.
