From Pretoria or Sandton
- Take M1 (Ben Schoeman Highway) South towards Johannesburg.
- Take the Houghton Drive/ Joe Slovo Road off Ramp (Exit16).
- Keep in right lane; continue to the T-Junction Robots (3rd Robot).
- Turn right into Carse O'Gowrie.
- At the second set of robots turn left into Sunnyside Drive; proceed through security gate.
- MRC is to your left of building C.
From Johannesburg City Centre on the M1 North
- Take the M1 North (to Pretoria).
- Take the Jan Smuts off ramp (Exit 14) and stay in right hand lane on off-ramp.
- Cross over Jan Smuts Avenue into St Andrews Road.
- Continue on St Andrews until you have crossed the robot at York Drive (4th robot) (the Sunnyside Park Hotel will be on your right.)
- At the next robot, turn right into Sunnyside Drive; proceed through security gate.
- MRC is to your left of building C.
From Johannesburg International Airport
- Take M2 West towards Johannesburg.
- Pass Cleveland, Benrose, Kaserne, Harrow Road, Rissik St, Selby off ramps.
- Take the M1 North (to Pretoria).
- Take the Jan Smuts off ramp (Exit 14) and stay in right hand lane on off-ramp.
- Cross over Jan Smuts Avenue into St Andrews Road.
- Continue on St Andrews until you have crossed the robot at York Drive (4th robot)
