
REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Delegates must submit a registration form and wear their name badges at all times. No casual attendance will be permitted.
MRC Staff
MRC staff members must please submit the registration forms electronically and forward MRC 4s to Deidre Raubenheimer, MRC Cape Town, Events Management Office. Finance will not accept any MRC4's unless signed off by our office.
Registration fees include:

- Accommodation x 4 nights

Payment of fees
Payments can be made by personal cheque, credit card or bank/wire transfer. Please clearly indicate the person/'s names on the deposit slip or your registration no (this is received on receipt of your registration form) in order for deposits to be linked to your registration. Receipts will only be issued to delegates after receiving proof of payment. A copy of the deposit slip must be faxed to Deidre Raubenheimer @ +27 21 938 0238.

Credit card
Only Master and Visa credit cards will be accepted. A photocopy of the front and back of the credit card, the credit card number, expiry date, the last three digits on the reverse side of the card as well as the cardholder's identity document or passport must be faxed together with the Registration Form. An authorisation letter should also accompany the registration form authorising the Medical Research Council to deduct all the necessary payments. All information provided will be handled with the strictest confidence.
The organisers will not be responsible for identifying funds if the delegate's name and initials are not mentioned.
Cancellations & refunds
Cancellations must be sent in writing to Ms Deidre Raubenheimer, South African Medical Research Council, PO Box 19070, Tygerberg, 7505, Cape Town, South Africa. For cancellation before 1 October 2006 a cancellation charge amounting to 20% of the registration fee will be deducted from the refund. No refund for cancellation will be granted for any reason after 1 November 2006. Refunds will be processed after the conference.
Book of Abstracts
Please note that if you are not registered (paid the registration fee) your abstract cannot be published in the book of abstracts

Click on the "registration button" found on the home page, and follow the instructions to complete the online registration form.
After completing the online registration form print the form as your own backup reference and then click the "submit button".
The printed online registration form will include payment instructions and banking details for you to use to pay for your registration. Upon receipt of confirmation of your payment as outlined in "payment of fees", your registration will be validated.
