EXHIBITION REGISTRATION FORM

A personalised entrance badge will be provided for each exhibitor. Exhibitors will be provided with vouchers for tea breaks, lunch, entrance to the Welcome Cocktail and social event. Each exhibitor will receive, on registration, a conference package which includes the conference programme, list delegates, list of exhibitors, etc. Additional participants will be charged at the regular attendee registration rates.
