The division is responsible for:

• Development and implementation of a Corporate Management Information System to assist in the monitoring and measuring of MRC processes as well as to support the Key Performance Indicators of the MRC.
• Develop and maintain a document management system.
• Stimulating an innovative, knowledge-based organisation, underpinned by auditing of existing information and knowledge assets and systems, which includes a process mapping and knowledge mapping exercise.
